According to research by MeetGreen, an in-person event that holds an average of
1000 attendees produces approximately 530 metric tons of CO2 – an incredibly shocking figure when you compare that output to a car emitting 4.6 tons of CO2 each year.
So CO2 production of 1 event x 1000 delegates = CO2 emissions of 115 cars annually.
To best deal with this large-scale problem, we offer two different consultation services.
VENUES
Today we have Energy Conservation Consultant Specialists available to work with hotels and venues to find ways to reduce their carbon footprint, whether it be for conserving energy, for buying renewable energy sources, or for a host of other options.
Our waste recycling solutions translate to savings and increase profit margins while reducing environmental impact.
CORPORATE
To help corporate clients, live out their climate change goals, we provide guidance on how to improve the sustainability of their in-person events, as well as introducing them to eco-friendly venues and suppliers who contribute to a reduced carbon footprint.
Whether your collaboration with us is Mission 1 or Mission 2, Client experience is a top business priority.
Recipients of our project proposals can expect a scope which identifies project needs, figures out project goals, considers project limitations, and defines resources and budget.
Mission 1 – VENUES
Stylish and efficient waste to energy solutions for hotels and venues this program is designed to accelerate their net zero commitments and identify any untapped savings across their venue footprint.
Mission 2 – CORPORATE
Event Greening – Providing sustainable venues and suppliers to clients. The top four sectors of hospitality are included – food and beverage, accommodation, travel, and entertainment and recreation.
Our project proposals are created within our own modern cloud-based programme management ZkyMS portal. Project information will include project notes, contracts, and cost information.
Our fee structure for Mission 1 and Mission 2 varies depending on the scope of work engagement with a client but can be broken into the three phases – Project Scope, Project Management & Logistics Support
